Sungett holds memberships in ERAI, C-TPAT, and TAPA. Sungett Electronics has successfully obtained certification in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO28000, ISO45001, ISO13485, and AS9120B.

- How do you monitor your suppliers? Do you have special procedures for suppliers with potential risks?

Sungett follows a rigorous Suppliers Management and Suppliers Survey Standard Operating Procedure. We conduct monthly evaluations and ratings of our suppliers, documenting all the information in the Sungett ERP system. Additionally, we implement the Supplier Quality Management System Survey every month, which helps mitigate potential risks in our supply chain.

- Do you have traceability for purchased components? If not, what kind of control measures do you require from your suppliers?Since 2003, Sungett has implemented a Suppliers Management System. All purchased components from Sungett are traceable, and we record electronic component information, such as label pictures, Date Code, Lot No, and quantity, in the Sungett ERP system.

- What type of control measures do you employ for standard (each batch)? Do you have internal facilities for such controls (X-ray, solder ability, electrical tests, etc.)?

Sungett provides strict Quality Assurance, professional logistic control system, Test, and Technical support. We have an Inspection Standard Procedure for Incoming Quality Control (IQC), which includes photographic record-keeping.

The FEA team can assist customers in performing failure analysis, issuing 8D reports and RMAs, and promptly resolving the issues with the customer.

Additionally, Sungett can provide Certificates of Conformance, which include Sungett's COC and the original manufacturer's COC!

Sungett also has its own OC laboratory room, equipped with various facilities such as X-ray, IC decapping machine, microscope, multimeter, LCR bridge, counting machine, acetone, digital caliper, etc. We are capable of performing various electrical analyses.
